For the 18th year in the row, I had the pleasure of designing the Annual Report for the State Bank of Cross Plains. Report consisted of an 16-page saddle bound report self cover report. Cover design and internal concept was using large significant keywords regarding the bank’s core values and filling the letters with different community images.
In 2020 – the year of “Covid-19” – the Annual Report for the State Bank of Cross Plains tried to embrace the epidemic lifestyle we all had to survive. Report consisted of an 16-page saddle bound report self cover report. Cover design and internal concept was largely using images in a “Zoom call” format and showing different objects we all became familiar with (masks, sanitizer, 6 foot diagrams, etc.).
2019 was the year that the State Bank of Cross Plains acquired the UB&T banks and expanded to 15 location in south central Wisconsin. In this Annual Report design, they wanted a puzzle piece theme showing all the locations on the cover and continuing the puzzle theme throughout the inside. Creating a puzzle pattern and using them as photo boxes was a unique way to create interest and draw the reader in.

In 2018, we designed for the State Bank of Cross Plains, an Annual Report with a chevron shape pattern featuring office fronts and employee photos. Using shadow and layering as well as fills with varying transparency, we were able to create depth to the shapes giving it dimension and added interest.
